Weather
was brilliant. Accommodation was
fantastic. Hosts Joanne and Jim
couldn’t have been more hospitable.
I seriously recommend this venue
for any couple wanting to get away,
and enjoy. Whilst the accommodation
doesn’t have a restaurant
on site, they do put on a nice breakfast
and good restaurants are close by.
We hired a motor scooter and if
any visitors do the same there are
some great eating places.
I will send you some photos of the
beach in front of the bungalows.
All the bungalows overlook the pool
and beach. I don’t believe
there is any better accommodation
or hosts in the Cook Islands. Joanne
and Jim are just great – world
class hosts, friendly, easy going
and cannot do enough for you.
There is a bar besides the pool
and they run an honesty system –
fill in the book – and you
can grab a drink whenever you want,
no waiting. The rooms have a nice
kitchen facility so you can eat
in if required and the bed (king
size), bathroom, shower etc are
all large.
The
reef in front offers great snorkeling
– I even got Denise out.
Motor
scooters cost $25/day. Joanne
can arrange this when you arrive
as well as bookings for dinner.
Joanne has two assistants in the
office – Kimberly and Terresa
and they are also fantastic. We
tried some great food, ate out
at a different venue each night.
Came
back well rested. Thanks
for recommending the venue. Please
recommend it to others. I couldn’t
fault it.
